In 1961 The Castle of Buriasco was restored and converted into a restaurant which, since 1980, has been managed by the Malagoli family. This castle-cum-restaurant boasts sumptuously decorated dining rooms and more intimate alcoves, plus a peaceful garden complete with leafy trees and a romantic pond. It specialises in typical Italian cooking with an Emilian slant. In short, it is an ideal venue for meetings, wedding receptions, and business luncheons.

At the beginning of 1992 the thriving Restaurant was joined by a new mobile catering service. From now on this new independently operating branch of the business will supply food on request to meetings, banquets, congresses etc. always guaranteeing the same high standars of quality and service as the Ristorante del Castello itself.
